Leave empty for a generated address. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.

Add an email domain

You’ll need access to its DNS settings. Use a subdomain to keep your existing company inboxes working.

Domain setup

Keep the ownership TXT record in DNS. We recheck domains regularly. DNS changes may take time to propagate; refresh later if a record is still pending.

The receiving MX record directs email for this exact domain to Scargo. Add it only where you intend to receive agent email. Replacing company MX records can interrupt your existing inboxes.

Its mailboxes will be paused and queued emails cancelled. Message history stays in your account. An email already being sent may finish delivery.
